A versatile, high-productivity dual-spindle, dual-turret turning center
Multi-purpose, high-productivity double-spindle and double-tool turret turning center. The upper and lower tool turrets are milling power tool turrets. The upper tool turret has a Y-axis, which can perform complex turning and milling compound processing and significantly improve production efficiency. The dual-spindle configuration with built-in motors, the low center of gravity overall 30-degree inclined bed design structure and excellent thermal displacement performance can handle the processing requirements of heavy loads and high precision.
The upper and lower turrets and sub-spindle utilize independent linear guideways. The non-shared guideway design between the lower turret and sub-spindle enhances sub-spindle rigidity. Furthermore, both turrets can machine the main spindle and sub-spindle, substantially increasing operational flexibility and efficiency.
Spindles
Both spindles are equipped with high-performance direct-drive synchronous electric spindles, enabling low-speed high-torque turning while also supporting high-speed precision cutting, thereby boosting production efficiency.
Tool Turret
Servo motor control enables rapid and reliable tool selection. M and Y models feature the proprietary BMT power turret, supporting 7 MPa high-pressure coolant requirements to enhance high-speed, high-performance machining.
