SYIL U5 Benefits
The SYIL U5 is a high-performance universal machining center designed for 5-axis simultaneous machining. Equipped with a robust swivel-rotary table, direct drives on the X, Y, and Z axes, and standard linear scales, it offers the precision and rigidity required for demanding tasks. Whether machining aerospace-grade aluminum or heat-resistant superalloys, it maintains tight accuracy and short cycle times.
It features a large clamping area of 630 × 500 mm and supports workpieces up to 250 kg. The B-axis swivels ±110°, while the C-axis rotates continuously through 360°, handling complex contours with ease. Packed with a Siemens SINUMERIK ONE control system, the U5 is automation-ready and built for production environments where downtime isn’t an option.
Designed to efficiently handle aerospace alloys, titanium, and heat-resistant superalloys, it delivers precise results while minimizing cycle times.
The HSK-A63 motor spindle offers high-speed precision, reaching up to 20,000 rpm and 135 Nm of torque. This ensures excellent performance on a variety of materials. Its direct-drive technology improves rigidity and accuracy, making the U5 perfect for complex machining tasks that demand both power and precision.
