5 General Safety (Clone)
- There are high-voltage terminals (marked with a battery warning sign) on the switch cabinet, transformer, motors, distribution boxes and other devices. Never touch any of them.
- Make sure that all doors and covers are closed before you switch on the power. If a door or cover is opened, you must stop work and turn off the main switch.
- Never modify the machine in such a way as to affect its safety. We accept no responsibility for accidents or machine malfunctions caused by improper use.
- Never touch the rotating workpiece or tool with your bare hands or other objects. Failure to observe this warning may result in fatal injury due to contact with the rotating workpiece.
- Memorize the position of the EMERGENCY STOP button so that you can press it immediately from any position.
- Make sure that you do not touch any of the switches at random while the machine is in operation.
- Never touch the chuck or the tool with your fingers.
- To avoid operating the machine incorrectly, check the position of the switches carefully before operating the machine.
- If you notice anything suspicious about the machine, stop operation immediately and call the person responsible.
- Always turn off the power switch on the control panel and the main power switch before leaving the machine so that it cannot be operated arbitrarily by another person.
- If two or more operators are working together, provide mutual signals so that they can confirm each other's safety before proceeding with a new step.
- Do not touch a rotating workpiece or the tool with your bare hands or any other object.
- Do not modify the machine in a way that compromises its safety. Make sure that you use the specified standard parts as spare or consumable parts so that the specifications of the machine are met. We accept no responsibility for accidents or machine malfunctions resulting from failure to observe this warning.
- Do not stay in the area of the chuck while the spindle is turning.
- We accept no responsibility for accidents or machine malfunctions caused by unauthorized attachments, modifications or other misuse by a customer.
- In the event of a power failure, switch off the main power switch immediately.
- Make sure that the CNC unit, the control panel or the control cabinet are not damaged.
- Do not change the parameters or other electrical settings without a valid reason. If it is necessary to change a setting value, first check whether it is safe after the person in charge has confirmed its function, and then make a note of the original value so that it can be reset.
- Never remove and/or damage any of the safety labels. If the nameplates become illegible or damaged, purchase them from SYIL and affix the replacement plate in its original position so that everyone can see it.
- Do not open any doors or safety covers while the machine is in automatic mode.
- Stop all operations and switch off the machine before cleaning the machine or peripheral equipment.
- After finishing a job, set up each part of the machine so that it is ready for the next work series.
- Make sure that the compressed air from the air gun does not come into contact with the human body.
