2 Alarm Description
2.1 Alarm Description Structure
Each alarm (fault or warning) is composed of a number and an alarm text, and is described by other information in the following categories:
- Categories– Alarm message type;
- Reaction – The performance of the machine tool after the alarm;
- Reason – Cause of alarm;
- Treatment – Troubleshooting method;
- Response – Alarm message response method;
The alarm category is divided into fault message (FM) and basic message (BM):
- Fault Message: After the fault is eliminated, press the <RESET> key to eliminate the alarm message;
- BasicMessage:After the status is restored, the prompt message is automatically eliminated;

Check whether the ERROR light of the chip conveyor starter in the electrical cabinet is on. If any, press the <RESET> button under the ERROR light to eliminate the alarm;
Press the operation panel to reset the alarm, manually operate the chip conveyor forward and reverse to see if the action is continuous, and at the same time clear the iron filings on the conveyor belt;
Use a multimeter to check whether the motor has phase loss;
Check whether the three-phase ground insulation of the motor is good;
Check whether the three-phase voltage of the motor is normal;
