1 Tool
1.1 Tool HSK
It refers the danger that may cause an accident to operators.
The rotational speed of the tool used shall be allowed by its manufacture.
The spindle can be started only after the tool is well clamped.
The use of a suitable combination of the tool and the toolholder required the tool to have a very small runout value.
The bearing surface of the tool shall be clean.
The rotational speed limit achieved by meeting cutting process parameters such as “allowable cutting speed” shall be valued!
1.2 Tool with taper shank (HSK) equipped by internally cooledlubricant
Refer to Chapter “Technical Parameters” only when the predetermined shank is used.
Shank is only used when it is suitable for cooled lubricant pressure.
The pressure of cooled lubricant in the tool system is high.
Rinse-off of the lubricant film causes clamping pressure loss and broken clamping jaw.
Tool with internally cooled shank (HSK) shall be equipped with internally cooled lubricant tube (1)(scope of supply of tool manufacturers shall be noted).
Mechanical damage is not allowed on cooled lubricant tubes; lead-in chamfer
used for the sealing element shall be equipped on clamp-on taper shank.
A non-sealing condition between the shank and cooled lubricant tube shall be cleared, or the tool will not allowed to use.
1.3 Tool (HSK 63)
1.3.1 Shank size
1.3.2 Allowed error of radial and side face runout
1.3.3 Allowable vibration caused by unbalance while cutting
Vibration caused by out-of-roundness of the rotating tool.
Property loss and personnel injury may be caused by tool breaking and flying
workpiece with great kinetic energy.
Cleanliness of tool and bearing surface of machining spindle shall be noted
during tool changing.
Allowable radial and side face runout value shall not be exceeded.

1.4 Right position of the spindle
1.4.1 Tool position is in tool change position
The following figure shows the front view of the machine tool.
1.4.2 Limit size of tool for automatic tool change
When the tool with diameter greater than 130mm and weight less than 6kg shall be used becauseof process technology, manual tool change must be adopted in consideration of balance precision.
The user shall be responsible for using tool with weight heavier than 6kg and diameter less than 130mm.
1.5 Calculate allowable rotational speed
In addition to rotational speed limit within limit speed of spindle/tool system, rotational speed limit that meets cutting process data such as allowable cutting speed shall also be valued.
For the tool used, its rotational speed shall be permitted by the tool manufacturer.
1.5.1 Spindle with high rotational speed
Using tool with greater diameter or higher rotational speed may cause accident
hazard!
