1 Overview

IMRMD (Igen Measuring and Revise Machining Degree of accuracy) is a set of efficient tools for rapid measurement and correction of coordinate transformation vector deviations on five-axis machining center, allowing complex five-axis deviation corrections with simple parameter selection.

This function is optional for the machine tool and must be purchased separately.

1.1 Function Introduction:

The IMRMD uses a standard ball and a standard probe to achieve five-axis coordinate transformation vector measurements. Simply fix a standard ball on the workbench and calculate the five-axis transformation vector by measuring the position of the standard ball at several specific angles for each rotary axis through the probe.

The IMRMD for five-axis machining center with RTCP is easy to operate and highly reliable, accomplishing five-axis transformation vector measurement and correction of both rotary axes in just a few minutes.

1.1      Application range:

  • Applicable system: Siemens ONE CNC,6.15 and above
  • Applicable machine:U5 five-axis machining center
